Pastor Stacy C. Cope has been a licensed and ordained minister with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC) for 29 years.  Stacy has served as the senior pastor of Tower of Refuge Church in Dublin,  Virginia, since 2009.  He served on the Appalachian Conference Discipleship Ministries Board as (Conference Youth Pastor, Secretary, & Assistant Director) from 2005-2018 and on the Appalachian Conference Executive Council as a Board Member from 2018-2023.  He is the author of 4 books "Untold Testimonies Told" / "Testimonies Told"  /  "From Sheep to Horses" /  & his new Children's Book Series with Volume 1 titled "Joseph Discipling"
