What is RED SUNDAY?
Red Sunday is a way for believers & churches from all around the world can celebrate what Jesus Christ has done for all mankind and how His blood covers all who believes in Him. It's placing God first place in our daily lives and during the Christmas Season.
Back in 2013 Tower of Refuge Church celebrated our very first Red Sunday. There are many churches from different denominations, states, and across the world that celebrates RED SUNDAY with us at T.O.R.C.
Red Sunday is the first Sunday after Thanksgiving and Black Friday. It started as a vision of how can the church
claim back Christ during the Christmas season. Don't get me wrong. I love the
lights, trees, presents, and parades, but for me personally I felt like we were
celebrating Christ coming less and less and celebrating many other things more
and more. I'm a believer about placing God first in my life so that's why I
choose the first Sunday after Thanksgiving to celebrate Red Sunday. We all come
wearing Red in remembrance of the blood Jesus Christ sled for all mankind.
